Dale is a hybrid solicitor and litigator who has worked for Davison North Law (formerly Davison Law Group) since 2011.
Dale practices in the areas of corporate/commercial law, assisting with aspects of business acquisitions and operations including purchases and sales, employment matters, leasing, and contract review and drafting on a variety of matters, as well as corporate and society governance.
Additionally, Dale is a litigator who has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia, as well as the Federal Court. Her litigation experience covers a wide variety of corporate/commercial disputes, Charter challenges, municipal law, employment, and estate matters. Her work in administrative law includes the Human Rights Tribunal and Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner, and a variety of reviews by professional and other regulatory bodies.
Dale volunteers for local theatre companies and has served on the Boards of Directors of the Vancouver Fringe Festival, the Coastal Jazz and Blues Society, Fighting Chance Productions, as well as having been a volunteer with the YWCA High School Mentorship program. Otherwise in her free time, Dale enjoys reading, smoking cigars, and traveling, having visited over 100 countries, including unconventional destinations such as Mauritania, Uzbekistan, and Burkina Faso.
