Jennifer first joined Davison Law Group (now Davison North Law) in 2011 and was a paralegal with the firm before returning to school in 2013 to complete her law degree. She articled with Davison Law Group, staying on as a lawyer with the firm, now Davison North Law, after being called to the bar.
Jennifer maintains a wide-ranging practice primarily in civil litigation, including commercial and contractual disputes, property disputes, employment disputes, and administrative law. She has represented clients before the Provincial Court, the BC Supreme Court, and the other adjudicative bodies including the Residential Tenancy Branch, Employment Standards Branch, and BC Human Rights Tribunal. Jennifer also oversees the corporate records department of Davison North Law.
Jennifer uses her experience from working at many different levels of a law firm to maintain a practical approach to her varied work, providing hands on services that are client-focused and results-oriented. Jennifer’s deep and abiding care for her clients informs everything that she does in her practice.
Jennifer is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers. She has been a volunteer with Access Pro Bono and Variety – the Children’s Charity.
Outside of work, Jennifer is enjoys cooking, camping, canoeing and the occasional round of karaoke. Jennifer is conversant in Vietnamese.
