DLG, on behalf of the Vancouver community centre associations, brings an application in Supreme Court alleging that the Park Board is in breach of a prior court order for imposing a new software system which would cause all of the community centre associations’ revenues to be paid to the Park Board, taking control away from the community centre associations.
