DNL Case – Reasons for Judgment
DLG acted for an individual who invested in a real estate project with a partner and then sued after that partner breached their agreement by failing to pay him his share of the proceeds. The B.C. Supreme Court awarded DLG’s client damages for the lost proceeds and costs.
