DNL Case – Reasons for Judgment
An individual working for a school brought a complaint to the Human Rights Tribunal on allegations of racial discrimination. DLG represented the individual when the school district tried to have his complaint dismissed and was successful in having the school district’s application dismissed. The matters eventually settled.
